Happiness policy: If you are not happy for any reason, you may return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping. This offer allows you to ascertain with certainty that our product (s) will work for your application prior to placing larger orders. Please try a single bottle to be sure the product performs to your satisfaction before placing quantity orders.
The unconditional refund policy does not apply to cases, quantity bottle orders or any order of one quart (32 oz) or more, including gallons carboys etc.

Refused Shipments:

The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Returned Shipments:

Returned shipments not covered by the single bottle refund policy mentioned above will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
