We do not sell mild silver protein products, silver compounds, silver salts or chemical based dispersions.
Because of increasing inquiries and interest regarding the possibility of using our products for dietary use, we offer the following brief explanation: Our advanced colloids as they are currently manufactured are perfectly suited to potentially be marketed as superior dietary supplements relative to what is otherwise available in that market. We do intend to establish cGMP and market our current colloids for such use, however we have refrained from doing so up to this time. The reasons are many, including our desire to focus on the development a vast array of practical and potential applications far beyond the limits of a single industry, but also because of the fact that such use has been a breeding ground for controversy, misunderstanding, regulatory issues, prejudice and spite by those who posses less than a working knowledge of the subject and its various factual facets. We have long known that the appropriate time for us to include that market would come. We are awaiting the finalization of FDA regulation that will yet need to be met before proceeding to establish our FDA cGMP approved manufacturing facility. cGMP is in essence FDA oversight and registration of a manufacturing facility specifically for dietary use, by newly established regulations.
In other words the current products in terms of technology would not have to be changed at all, except for meeting manufacturing regulatory requirements in order to sell them as dietary supplements. It should be noted that cGMP for dietary supplement manufacturing is about to change in that the manufacturing procedure will be much closer to the current requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturers. In short our products are not currently sold as dietary supplements, and we are not advocating such use at this time. When sufficient interest justifies the cost investment to do so, and the regulatory requirements are finalized we will proceed. We have in fact alreadycontacted governmental agencies in order to pre-establish approved procedures, standards and documentation that will meet FDA requirements that are about to be become standard requirements for all dietary manufactures. The manner of production is significant to such a degree, that even slight changes can create widely differing predominant average particle sizes, which in turn drastically effect results in how the end product performs for a given purpose. Differences in particle size, ratios of meso nano colloidal silver particles and ionic content can be so stark that it can be as if the varied forms of silver preparations are completely different substances from each other depending on the end use. In other cases the performance remains relatively consistent in spite of widely differing physical attributes and variables.
